Hoofd leeg, lijf in beweging, creativiteit aan. Kinderen willen spelen. En jij weet precies welke activiteiten de kinderen leuk vinden. Zie jij al voor je hoe je van elke middag iets maakt waar kinderen naar uitkijken? Kom dan werken op BSO Egel in Nieuwegein van Kind&co ludens. Een kijkje in je werkdag De middag begint rustig: de eerste kinderen druppelen binnen. Sommigen komen zelfstandig naar de BSO, anderen worden door jou of een collega opgehaald. Je maakt een praatje, vraagt hoe hun dag was en zorgt dat iedereen zich welkom voelt. Samen met je collega's vorm je een hecht team en creëer je een plek waar kinderen zich gezien en op hun gemak voelen. Je kent de kinderen bij naam, weet wie hun ouders zijn en onderhoudt goed contact. Je voelt feilloos aan hoe de sfeer in de groep is. Je nodigt kinderen uit om spelenderwijs te groeien. Dus organiseer je een toernooitje buiten of een actief spel in de gymzaal. Of je duikt het knutsellokaal in om creativiteit los te maken. Ontspanning staat centraal; zelfvertrouwen en ontwikkeling staan voorop. Bij het ophalen geef je ouders tijdens de overdracht nog even de hoogtepuntjes (en soms ook de kleine "oeps"-momentjes) van de dag mee. De BSO draait op volle toeren tussen 14.00 - 18.30 uur op maandag en dinsdag, tussen 12.00 - 18.30 uur op woensdag, donderdag en vrijdag - en dat past perfect bij jou!
