Binnen onze ruime locatie in brede school De Schans bieden wij zowel dagopvang als BSO. Om ons team te versterken, zoeken wij een energieke Pedagogisch Professional Flex voor 25 uur per week. Binnen onze vestiging draait alles om samenwerken: we zorgen er gezamenlijk voor dat alle kinderen een geweldige dag beleven. Als pedagogisch medewerker in deze flex-rol geniet je van de allerleukste afwisseling. Je zit niet vast aan één stamgroep, maar waait als een frisse wind door de hele locatie. De ene ochtend gebruik jij je talenten als babyspecialist bij de allerkleinsten, en de volgende middag zetten we als team een uitdagende buitenactiviteit op voor de schoolkinderen van de BSO. Het grote voordeel voor jou? Je krijgt enorm veel variatie in leeftijdsgroepen en activiteiten, én je bouwt een band op met álle collega's en kinderen op de vestiging. In jouw rol als pedagogisch professional werk je 25 uur per week, waarbij we de uren het liefst samen met jou inplannen op de maandag, woensdag, donderdag en vrijdag.
