Ben jij een pedagogisch sterke professional die energie krijgt van ontwikkeling, samenwerken en écht het verschil maken voor kinderen en hun gezinnen? Dan is dit jouw kans! Voor PO El Habib zijn wij op zoek naar drie pedagogisch professionals die samen een enthousiast en betrokken team willen vormen. Je werkt in een warme en respectvolle omgeving die verbonden is aan een islamitische basisschool. Daarbij werken we volgens het pedagogisch beleid van MIK & Spelenderwijs, met respect voor de identiteit en geloofsovertuiging van de school en de gezinnen.

Wat ga jij doen

Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een veilige, vertrouwde en stimulerende omgeving waarin peuters zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen.

Je:

  • begeleidt peuters in hun spel, ontwikkeling en dagelijkse verzorging
  • creëert een warme omgeving waarin ieder kind zich gezien en veilig voelt
  • werkt nauw samen met ouders, de basisschool, de intern begeleider en collega's om kinderen een optimale start te geven
  • observeert, signaleert en sluit met passende activiteiten aan op de ontwikkelbehoeften van kinderen
  • denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van de locatie en het pedagogisch aanbod
  • levert, wanneer passend, als aandachtsfunctionaris een extra bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van de opvang.
