Onderdeel van de arbeidsvoorwaarden is het pensioen. Als Pensioenconsultant adviseer je ondernemingen over alles wat te maken heeft met hun pensioenregeling. Je ondersteunt bij het aanpassen van de pensioenregeling aan de nieuwe wetgeving, het selecteren van de uitvoerder en allerlei andere (pensioen)vraagstukken. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het geven van advies aan middelgrote ondernemingen; - Analyseren van pensioenvraagstukken en het ontwikkelen van passende oplossingen; - Je hebt je eigen klantenportefeuille waarmee je goede relaties opbouwt en onderhoudt; - Je werkt samen met collega's om de best mogelijke dienstverlening te garanderen; - Je kunt complexe pensioenzaken begrijpelijk uitleggen aan werkgevers en werknemers; - Je bent en blijft op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen in de pensioenmarkt en deelt deze kennis met je collega's en met je klanten. Qualifications Wat vragen wij van jou? - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring op het gebied van pensioenadvisering aan ondernemingen; - Je bezit een geldig diploma voor WFT Pensioenadviseur; - Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Je hebt een analytisch denkvermogen en ervaring met complexe pensioenvraagstukken; - In staat om zelfstandig te kunnen werken, en tegelijk in staat om goed te kunnen samenwerken met collega's binnen en buiten je eigen team; - Ervaring met projectmanagement is gewenst.
