Functieomschrijving Als pensioenjurist ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - → Het adviseren van cliënten over juridische vraagstukken binnen de pensioensector, met een focus op de Wet toekomst pensioenen (Wtp). - → Het opstellen en beoordelen van juridische documenten, waaronder contracten en reglementen. - → Het begeleiden van cliënten bij trajecten met toezichthouders Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) en De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). - → Het signaleren van juridische risico's en ontwikkelingen binnen de pensioensector en het proactief adviseren hierover. - → Het bijdragen aan interne kennisontwikkeling en het delen van expertise met collega's. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een professional die voldoet aan het volgende profiel: - → Een afgeronde bachelor of master Rechtsgeleerdheid. - → Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, in de financiële sector, bij voorkeur binnen de pensioensector, of in de consultancy. - → Aantoonbare kennis van en/of affiniteit met de Wet toekomst pensioenen (Wtp) en/of pensioenrecht (pré). - → Ervaring met het opstellen en beoordelen van contracten en juridische documenten. - → Bekendheid met de werkwijze van AFM en DNB (pré). - → Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe juridische materie helder over te brengen. - → Proactief, analytisch sterk en resultaatgericht.
