HR Payroll Officer (24 uur p/w) Over Orga: Orga is een hightech bedrijf gevestigd in Nederland met kantoren over de hele wereld. Wij ontwikkelen en produceren slimme offshore en onshore obstakelmarkering, helikopterlandingssystemen, navigatiehulpmiddelen, externe stroomvoorziening en explosieveilige producten en diensten. Onze interne onderzoekers en productontwikkelaars zijn gedreven om te innoveren en onze producten voortdurend te verbeteren. Jouw rol: In deze veelzijdige functie houd je je onder andere bezig met: - verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van personeels- en salarisgegevens in onze HR- en salarissystemen; - voorbereiden en controleren van salarismutaties en deze aanleveren bij onze externe salarisverwerker; - verwerken van mutaties rondom in-, door- en uitstroom en verzorgen van bijbehorende documenten; - beheren van digitale personeelsdossiers en HR-administratie; - beantwoorden van eerstelijns HR-vragen van medewerkers over procedures, systemen, formulieren en de cao; - beheren van de algemene HR-mailbox en bewaken van acties en deadlines; - begeleiden en bewaken van het onboardingproces; - onderhouden van contact met onder andere de Belastingdienst, externe payrollpartner, internationale C&B-leveranciers en Finance; - beheren van het wagenpark en onderhouden van contact met de leasemaatschappij en berijders; - signaleren van verbeterpunten...
