Picnic's central team is built up out of 1000 talented individuals spread across three main locations: Amsterdam, Paris and Düsseldorf. The People team consists of 15 People Partners that take full responsibility for the development and organization of everyone in the central team. As a People Partner you will be responsible for approximately 75 Picnic-ers. You'll partner with a cross-functional group of experts to design and execute the strategy for how your assigned team staffs, onboards, develops, rotates, motivates, retains, and organizes.
