Jouw uitdaging als Performance Marketeer

Als Performance Marketeer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, coördineren en optimaliseren van marketingcampagnes met een duidelijke focus op groei, zichtbaarheid en rendement. Je combineert een strategische visie met een hands-on aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat iedere campagne maximaal presteert.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je stelt een doordachte marketingplanning op en bewaakt de voortgang van alle lopende initiatieven.
  • Je coördineert online en offline marketingcampagnes en zorgt voor een efficiënte uitvoering.
  • Je analyseert campagneresultaten, volgt KPI's op en optimaliseert voortdurend om de ROI te verhogen.
  • Je beheert de branding en communicatie via verschillende kanalen zoals websites, social media, PR en marketingmateriaal.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de creatie van sterke marketingcontent, nieuwsbrieven, blogs, advertenties en landingspagina's.

Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met externe partners zoals communicatiebureaus, grafisch ontwerpers, fotografen en copywriters. Ook de coördinatie van events, beurzen en opendeurdagen behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Marketing, Communicatie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je kan relevante ervaring voorleggen binnen performance marketing, digital marketing of marketingcoördinatie.
  • Je werkt graag data-gedreven en voelt je thuis in het analyseren van KPI's en campagneresultaten.
  • Je hebt ervaring met marketingtools zoals Google Analytics, CMS-systemen of vergelijkbare platformen.
  • Je bent een sterke organisator en weet verschillende stakeholders efficiënt aan te sturen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategisch denken en operationele uitvoering.
