Wat ga je doen?

  • Opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van performance marketingcampagnes via platformen zoals Google Ads, Meta Ads en YouTube Ads.
  • Beheren van advertentiebudgetten en optimaliseren van campagnes op basis van performance data.
  • Analyseren van KPI's zoals ROAS, CPA, ROI, conversies en andere relevante prestatie-indicatoren.
  • Vertalen van data en campagne-inzichten naar concrete optimalisaties en groeikansen.
  • Ondersteunen van tracking en metingen via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager en andere analytics tools.
  • Testen van nieuwe targetingmogelijkheden, biddingstrategieën en advertentieformaten om campagnes continu te verbeteren.
  • Opstellen van heldere rapportages en delen van inzichten met collega's en klanten.
  • Strategisch meedenken over digitale groeitrajecten en performance marketingstrategieën.
  • Actief opvolgen van trends, platformupdates en nieuwe opportuniteiten binnen digital advertising en deze vertalen naar innovatieve campagnes.
  • Je Beschikt over een eerste relevante ervaring binnen performance marketing, paid media of digital advertising, bij voorkeur binnen een marketingbureau, digital agency of een gelijkaardige resultaatgerichte omgeving.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in marketing, digitale marketing, communicatie of een economische richting.
  • Ervaring met Google Ads, Meta Ads en webanalytics.
  • Kennis van Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager en conversietracking vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Goed inzicht in customer journeys, funnels, attributie en conversie-optimalisatie.
  • Werkt analytisch en neemt beslissingen op basis van data en meetbare resultaten.
  • Combineert een commerciële mindset met een kritische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor projecten.
  • Communiceert helder en vertaalt complexe data naar bruikbare inzichten.
  • Je bent leergierig, volgt de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen digital marketing op de voet en blijft zich continu verdiepen in nieuwe tools en trends.
