Derzeit suchen wir für einen Kunden ab 16. November 2026 (befristet) 1 Persönliche Assistenz für einen Kunden in Amstetten gesucht! (Kennwort: AMR37)

Persönliche Assistenz bedeutet Menschen mit Behinderungen im Alltag durch manuelle Handreichungen zu unterstützen. Als Persönliche_r Assistent_in erledigen Sie jene Handgriffe, welche die behinderte Person selbst nicht ausführen kann.

Tätigkeiten, die Unterstützung durch Persönliche Assistenz erfordern:

* Begleitung während der Schulzeit

* Aufbau eines vertrauensvollen und sicheren Umfeldes

* Begleitung in Situationen, in denen der Schüler die Klasse verlassen muss, weil er momentan überfordert ist.

Sie bringen mit:

* Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Einfühlungsvermögen und Geduld

* Flexibilität

* Männliche Person

* Erfahrungen mit Menschen mit leichten Asperger-Syndrom von Vorteil

Persönliche Assistent_innen benötigen in der Regel keine formalen Ausbildungen des Gesundheit- und Sozialbereiches. Sie werden von dem Kunden individuell eingeschult! Die WAG unterstützt mit einem berufsbegleitenden Fort- und Ausbildungsangebot.

Unser Angebot:

* berufsbegleitendes Fortbildungsangebot

* Arbeitsausmaß: 37 Wochenstunden

* Dienstzeiten: Mo.-Fr. (Stundenplan der Berufsschule)

* Dienstverhältnis: befristete Anstellung (von 16.11.2026-29.01.2027) nach SWÖ Kollektivvertrag,

* Gehalt für 37 Wochenstunden mindestens 2.494,30 € (Verwendungsgruppe 4/1)
