We zoeken voor onze opdrachtgever een proactieve, zelfstandige professional die als sparringpartner en rechterhand fungeert van de oprichter. Dit is nadrukkelijk géén traditionele assistentfunctie – het gaat om iemand die meedenkt, vooruitkijkt en ervoor zorgt dat zaken blijven doorlopen in een snelgroeiende internationale omgeving.

Je bent nauw betrokken bij besluitvorming, partnerships en uitvoering, en draagt actief bij aan de groei van de onderneming.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Strategische ondersteuning:

Je helpt prioriteiten bewaken en zorgt dat de focus blijft liggen op strategisch belangrijke onderwerpen

Deadlines monitoren en ervoor zorgen dat beslissingen worden opgevolgd

Gevoelige dossiers met discretie behandelen

Korte briefings, samenvattingen en updates voorbereiden

Projectcoördinatie & operationeel beheer:

Ondersteuning bieden bij product-, regelgevings- en lanceringstrajecten

Contact onderhouden met consultants, fabrikanten en regulatory partners

Structuur aanbrengen in dynamische processen

Internationale samenwerking:

Communicatie met internationale distributeurs en partners faciliteren

Ervoor zorgen dat partners tijdig de juiste informatie en materialen ontvangen

Gestructureerde, responsieve communicatie waarborgen

Coördineren over verschillende landen en tijdzones heen

Documentbeheer & organisatie:

Regulatorische, commerciële en operationele documentatie organiseren en actueel houden

Versiebeheer waarborgen voor optimale overzichtelijkheid

Aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Georganiseerd, betrouwbaar en positief ingesteld
