The posting

Las principales funciones asociadas al puesto de trabajo perteneciente al área de gestión del CLPU son dar apoyo a:

 Dar soporte a las tareas administrativas y contables del Área de Gestión  Apoyo a la Contabilidad general pública de presupuesto estimativo  Apoyo a la Gestión de tesorería  Apoyo a la Facturación  Apoyo a cierres contables, memorias económicas y liquidación de impuestos.  Actuar como usuario de las plataformas de administración electrónica tanto específicas como de la propia Administración General del Estado (FACe, GEISER, Financi@, Red COA, Fundanet etc…).  Registros telemáticos de contratos del sector público tanto en la aplicación del Registro público de contratos como en la Sede electrónica del Tribunal Cuentas y configuración de licitaciones en la Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público.  Apoyo en la justificación económica de proyectos, tanto regionales como nacionales y europeos.  Apoyo en la realización de memorias, informes y cualquier documentación relacionada con su puesto de trabajo.  Colaborar en la atención a terceros, especialmente en la atención de usuarios y visitas.  Participar en la redacción de procedimientos y en la organización de las tareas propias del área.  Cualquier otra tarea que le sea encomendada en función de las capacidades y funciones del puesto.
