Wir sind eine seit über 30 Jahren in Graz etablierte Steuerberatungskanzlei mit langjähriger Erfahrung und einem dynamischen Team, das sich auf die Beratung und Betreuung von Unternehmen und Privatpersonen spezialisiert hat. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Personalverrechner_in / Lohnverrechner_in

Deine Aufgaben:

* Laufende Personalverrechnung, Administration von Ein- und Austritten, Reisekostenabrechnungen

* Verwaltung von Urlauben und Krankenständen, sowie sonstigen Abwesenheiten

* Arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen

* Regelmäßiger Kontakt mit Klienten und Klientinnen, Ämtern und Behörden

* Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Abrechnungsprozessen

Persönliche Eigenschaften:

Teamgeist, hohe Lernbereitschaft, analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Ausbildung:

abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK/HBLA); absolvierte Ausbildung in der Personalverrechnung und Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich sind von Vorteil
