Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Kunden in Wörgl 1 PERSONALVERRECHNER (m/w/d) in Direktanstellung Ihre Aufgaben

* Gesucht wird eine Person, die eigenständig die Personalverrechnung für einen bestimmten Bereich (z.B. ein Filialgebiet) übernimmt.

* Man arbeitet eng mit den zuständigen Führungskräften (Marktleitung, Filialgebietsleitung) zusammen und steht bei Fragen rund ums Arbeitsrecht oder die Personalverrechnung zur Seite.

* Pro Personalverrechner:in werden auf Vollzeitbasis durchschnittlich rund 550-700 Mitarbeiter_innen abgerechnet.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Ein sicherer Umgang mit SAP ist Voraussetzung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung (Seminare, Schulungen, etc.)

* Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamspirit

* Engagierte, belastbare und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
