Zo heb jij een breed takenpakket met veel vrijheid. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit het: - Voeren van sollicitatie gesprekken; - Opstellen van contracten; - Maken van de roosters; - Contact met uitzendkrachten en klant; - Ondersteunen van ervaren personeelsplanners; - Het voeren van intake-, evaluatie-, beoordeling- en verzuimgesprekken. Naast het contact met de uitzendkrachten ben jij ook de contactpersoon voor de klant. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle diensten wekelijks vervuld worden. Daarnaast ga jij regelmatig bij klanten langs om ervoor te zorgen dat het contact warm blijft en alles soepel verloopt. Over ons team:Ons team bestaat uit een hecht team van 4 recruiters. Samen werken wij er elke dag aan om de juiste mensen binnen te halen voor onze opdrachtgevers in en rondom Schiphol. Naast hard werken is er natuurlijk ook ruimte voor humor en gezelligheid. Op vrijdagen stoppen we vaak eerder om gezellig met elkaar te borrelen en voor een potje tafelvoetbal! Functie-eisen - Is 32 tot 40 uur beschikbaar; - Een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding; - Kan goed luisteren en met mensen omgaan; - Is communicatief en administratief sterk; - Spreekt Nederlands en Engels; - Wordt gescreend i.v.m. de Schipholpas; - Houdt van een lolletje en is een echte teamplayer.
