Als personeelsplanner speel je een belangrijke rol binnen de zorg. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek staan en draagt daarmee bij aan rust en continuïteit op de werkvloer. Met de krapte op de arbeidsmarkt is dat soms best een puzzel. Juist daarom is geen dag hetzelfde en is er volop ruimte om mee te denken en oplossingen te vinden. Ga jij deze uitdaging aan? Wat ga je doen? Binnen ons planbureau combineer je de planning voor de langere termijn met het dagelijks oplossen van openstaande diensten. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze personele capaciteit zo goed mogelijk wordt ingezet. Je houdt daarbij goed zicht op de zorgvraag, maar hebt ook aandacht voor het basisrooster en de persoonlijke roosterwensen van onze zorgmedewerkers. Met jouw overzichtelijke planning en prettige contact met de teams en teammanagers draag je bij aan een goede balans tussen werk en privé. Het invullen van openstaande diensten in het lopende rooster doe je samen met je collega's. Iedere dag leg je opnieuw een uitdagende puzzel. Tegelijkertijd vind je het belangrijk om goed contact te houden met de mensen om je heen. Je weet dat de manier waarop je communiceert minstens zo belangrijk is als de oplossing die je vindt. Je signaleert knelpunten op tijd en denkt actief mee over oplossingen. Ook adviseer je de teammanager over de bezetting en mogelijke aandachtspunten in de planning. Kortom: een afwisselende en verantwoordelijke functie waarin je veel contact hebt met collega's en direct bijdraagt aan een goede personeelsbezetting. Hoe ziet je team eruit?
