Houd je van schakelen, overzicht bewaren en het oplossen van personele puzzels? Dan is deze rol iets voor jou. Als personeelsplanner zorg jij ervoor dat onze zorgteams optimaal ingezet worden. Daarmee lever je direct een belangrijke bijdrage aan de continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg voor onze bewoners. Wat ga je doen? Als personeelsplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning van meerdere kleinschalige woonzorglocaties in de regio Noord Gelderland en Overijssel (Apeldoorn, Zwolle, Kampen). Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en toekomstbestendige personeelsplanning, waarbij je rekening houdt met zowel de wensen van medewerkers als de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het opstellen en optimaliseren van personeelsroosters - Het signaleren en oplossen van roosterverstoringen, zoals ziekte en verlof - Het verzorgen van vakantie- en feestdagenplanningen - Het bewaken van een juiste en tijdige registratie in het planningssysteem - Het signaleren van knelpunten in de bezetting en het aandragen van oplossingen Je werkt nauw samen met collega-planners en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de locaties en de organisatie.
