Dan zoeken wij jou! Binnen RIBW Arnhem & Veluwe Vallei zoeken we een enthousiaste collega die als persoonlijk begeleider cliënten ondersteunt. Je werkt in deze functie ambulant en op onze locatie in Wageningen. Kom jij ons sociale en betrokken team versterken? Wat ga je doen? In deze functie weet jij zowel cliënten te begeleiden die zelfstandig wonen, als cliënten die beschermd wonen. Je werkt voornamelijk ambulant, maar draait ook voor een deel groepsdiensten. Je stelt het begeleidingsplan op, coördineert de begeleiding én stuurt collega's functioneel aan. Samen met jouw collega's zet jij je in voor een prettige woonomgeving en de juiste kwaliteit van begeleiding voor iedere cliënt. Als begeleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het proactief, resultaat- en herstelgericht begeleiden van cliënten en hun netwerk. Je werkt samen met de cliënt aan duurzaam herstel, waarbij je uiteraard zo goed mogelijk aansluit op de wensen en behoeften van de cliënt. Ook werk je aan de hand van de SRH-methodiek. Er wordt samen met de cliënt gekeken naar waar de mogelijkheden liggen om het leven van de cliënt zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Waar kom je te werken? RIBW Arnhem & Veluwe Vallei biedt specialistische begeleiding aan jongvolwassenen, volwassen en ouderen. Dit doen we vanuit een duidelijke visie: ieder mens doet ertoe en verdient het om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
