Ervaring met mensen met psychiatrische, verslavings- of LVB-problematiek. Je bent stevig bij spanning en agressie, vindt de balans tussen gezag en vertrouwen en bent bereid om in wisselende diensten te werken.

Burgers die na een periode van dakloosheid de regie over hun leven terugpakken: daar werk jij aan. Voor een opvanglocatie in Vlaardingen met 30 bedden zoekt DeVIB een persoonlijk begeleider die structuur biedt, mogelijkheden ziet en begeleiding van A tot Z verzorgt. Je komt rechtstreeks in dienst bij de opdrachtgever.

Wat ga je doen? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dossier en het begeleidingsplan van 4 tot 5 bewoners. - Samen met de bewoner stel je doelen op rond zingeving, participatie en het sociale netwerk, en werk je daar in maximaal 21 weken naartoe. - Tijdens je dienst ben je het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, bezoekers en externe contacten. - In de winterperiode werk je mee aan de extra nachtopvang.

Wat bieden wij? - Salaris 2.804 tot 3.803 euro bruto per maand bij 36 uur, schaal 40 CAO GGZ, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring. - Onregelmatigheidstoeslag, 8 procent vakantietoeslag en eindejaarsuitkering. - Tijd en budget voor opleiding en training, korting op sport en evenementen. - Een warme, prettige werksfeer in een team van 14 betrokken professionals. - Een contract van 32 uur, rechtstreeks bij de opdrachtgever. DeVIB begeleidt de werving en selectie.

Zo werkt het: een kennismakingsgesprek met DeVIB, een gesprek op locatie, een dagdeel meelopen en daarna een arbeidsvoorwaardengesprek met de opdrachtgever.
