Kom werken als persoonlijk begeleider vb/nah op woonlocatie Stellenbosch, midden in het leven van Den Haag. Dit ga je doen Als persoonlijk begeleider (begeleider 4) op Stellenbosch help je mensen met een (licht) verstandelijke beperking, lichamelijke beperking, niet-aangeboren hersenletsel of een combinatie hiervan om zo zelfstandig mogelijk midden in het leven te staan. Je biedt structuur, stimuleert zelfstandigheid en zorgt voor een veilige en prettige woonomgeving. Je begeleidt bewoners zoveel mogelijk met de handen op de rug. Je kijkt naar wat iemand zelf kan en ondersteunt waar dat nodig is. De ene bewoner heeft vooral behoefte aan nabijheid of een luisterend oor, de ander aan structuur of ondersteuning bij lichte adl werkzaamheden, zoals scheren, tandenpoetsen of douche instructies. Verder ga je: - Samenwerken met familie, verwanten en andere betrokkenen. Samen kunnen jullie veel betekenen. - Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de begeleiding van bewoners, ondersteuningsplannen opstellen en de uitvoering hiervan coördineren. - Werken volgens het Middin Kompas en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van bewoners én de kwaliteit van de zorg. Hier ga je werken Op woonlocatie Stellenbosch werk je midden in het leven van Den Haag. De locatie ligt in de levendige wijk Transvaal. Achter de voordeur ervaar je vooral rust en een huiselijke sfeer.
