Denk je overstijgend, durf je keuzes te maken en zorg je zo voor continuïteit in de zorg? Kom bij onze locatie Reestlanden in Meppel werken als persoonlijk begeleider voor 24 tot 28 uur per week en bied de basis waarop cliënten kunnen bouwen! Dit zijn wij Cosis helpt mensen met een verstandelijke en/of psychische beperking een zo gewoon mogelijk leven te leiden. We richten ons op wat wél kan. Je vindt ons in Groningen en Drenthe, verspreid over meer dan 200 locaties. Middenin de samenleving, dichtbij de mensen die we helpen. De samenwerking tussen cliënten, het persoonlijk netwerk en de professional staat hierbij centraal. Samen zetten we stappen naar een waardevol samenleven. Lees hier waar wij voor staan en gaan. De locatie Reestlanden is een 24-uurs voorziening, waar 22 ouder wordende cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking wonen in een eigen appartement. Het gebouw bestaat uit vier woonlagen en er wordt gewerkt met twee teams. Binnen de locatie is er een interne dagbesteding voor cliënten die de stap naar dagbesteding buiten de locatie niet meer kunnen maken. Er zijn ook cliënten die naar externe dagbesteding gaan. Begeleiding in de woonvoorziening is 24 uur per dag aanwezig. Er wordt gewerkt met ochtend-, late- en slaapdiensten. In het team werken persoonlijk begeleiders, verzorgingsassistenten en begeleiders. Op onze locatie doet iedereen zijn/haar best om de huiselijke sfeer te waarborgen en om de cliënten een zo fijn mogelijke tijd te geven. Ook wordt er veel met pictogrammen gewerkt, zodat de cliënten structuur hebben in hun dagelijkse leven en weten wat ze kunnen verwachten.
