Als operator zorg je ervoor dat fineerplaten correct worden verlijmd en geperst volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen. Je werkt mee aan een vlot productieproces binnen een professionele houtomgeving.

Als operator pers fineerplaten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct instellen en bedienen van de persmachines. Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Het instellen en bedienen van de persmachines.
  • Het voegen en verlijmen van fineervellen met behulp van een voegmachine.
  • Het manueel opleggen van fineervellen op de persmachine.
  • Het correct instellen van de persparameters zoals druk, temperatuur en tijd.
  • Het controleren van platen op kwaliteit, vlakheid en afwerking.
  • Het signaleren van fouten en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Het registreren van productiegegevens en stilstanden.
  • Het samenwerken met collega’s voor een vlot productieproces.
  • Het zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en wil graag bijleren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent niet bang voor fysiek werk. a
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Je hebt interesse in productie en houtbewerking.
  • Ervaring in de houtsector is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
