Konzipiert ist das https://www.diakonie.at/unsere-angebote-und-einrichtungen/haus-elim für all jene, die in ihrem bisherigen Lebensumfeld aufgrund gestiegener Pflegebedürftigkeit nicht mehr betreut werden können. Wir arbeiten in einem multiprofessionellen Team aus Pflegefachkräften und Pädagog:innen und orientieren uns in der Pflege und Betreuung nach dem Modell der Mäeutik - das klingt kompliziert, ist aber einfach: Wir kümmern uns mit Herz und Leidenschaft!

Zaubern Sie ein Lächeln auf das Gesicht unserer Bewohner und helfen Sie ihnen, einen selbstbestimmten Alltag zu führen - natürlich alles im Rahmen der GuKG-Bestimmungen. Biografiearbeit, Kompetenztraining und das Arbeiten in kleinen, multiprofessionellen Teams sind Ihr tägliches Brot. Was Sie dafür mitbringen sollten? Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als PA (inklusive Eintragung ins Gesundheitsberuferegister) und natürlich jede Menge Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderungen.
