Die Diakonie de La Tour ist mit 2.500 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern in rund 100 Einrichtungen in Kärnten, Osttirol und der Steiermark eine der größten Sozial-, Gesundheits- und Bildungsorganisationen im Süden Österreichs. Mehr als 11.000 Menschen werden jährlich stationär und mobil von uns betreut, darunter Kinder und Jugendliche in schwierigen Lebenssituationen, Menschen mit Behinderungen und mit Assistenzbedarf, Kinder, Schülerinnen und Schüler, Menschen mit Erkrankungen und Suchtproblematiken, Menschen im Alter sowie Menschen auf der Flucht. Du bist gerne mobil unterwegs und hast eine Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent:in?

* Ein umfangreiches Bildungsprogramm, damit Dein fachliches Wissen immer am neuesten Stand bleibt.

* Gesundheitsförderung mit Angeboten wie Rückenfitkurs, Massage vor Ort oder Kochworkshops.

* Ein Dienstauto ab dem Stützpunkt Spittal.

* Faire Bezahlung nach dem KV der Diakonie Österreich ab € 2715,36 brutto auf Vollzeitbasis (37 Stunden/Woche) exkl. Sonnund

* Feiertagszuschläge. Vordienstzeiten werden laut KV angerechnet.

* Drei zusätzliche freie Tage schon ab dem ersten Dienstjahr.

Dein Beitrag:

* Du begleitest unsere Klient:innen mit Herz und Kompetenz im Alltag und hilfst ihnen, ein selbstbestimmtes Leben zu führen - natürlich im Rahmen der GuKG-Bestimmungen.

* Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent:in (inkl. Eintragung ins Gesundheitsberuferegister) und einen aktuellen Erste Hilfe Kurs mit (16-stündiger Grundkurs und/oder aktuelle Auffrischung).

* Gut zu Wissen: Auf Wunsch kannst Du auch im Haus Bethesda mitarbeiten und mobiles mit stationärem Arbeiten kombinieren!
