Ihre Rolle

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine verlässliche und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die den Pflegebereich verantwortet, weiterentwickelt und aktiv zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität beiträgt.

Als Pflegedienstleitung übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für den Pflegebereich und sind maßgeblich für Qualität, Organisation, Personalsteuerung und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung verantwortlich. Sie sind zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsleitung, Pflege, Bewohner:innen und Angehörigen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegebereichs * Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität * Steuerung und Optimierung aller Pflegeprozesse (Planung, Umsetzung, Evaluation) * Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie interner Qualitätsstandards * Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des gesamten Pflegeteams * Personalplanung, Personaleinsatzsteuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen * Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen und effizienten Personaleinsatzes (Pflegeschlüssel, Auslastung, Ressourcenplanung) * Verantwortung für eine korrekte und vollständige Pflegedokumentation * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung, Heimleitung, Stationsleitungen sowie internen und externen Schnittstellen * Sicherstellung einer transparenten, klaren und effizienten Kommunikation innerhalb der Organisation * Mitwirkung an strategischen Entwicklungen und Weiterentwicklung der Einrichtung

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Diplomierten Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in * Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Pflegemanagement (z. B. mittleres und basales Pflegemanagement) * Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Pflegebereich * Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister * Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz sowie unternehmerisches Denken * Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Pflegedokumentationssystemen * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2/C1) * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise

Vergütung

Die Bezahlung erfolgt gemäß SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag:

Das Mindestbruttomonatsgehalt beträgt € 4.500,00 auf Vollzeitbasis (37 Std./Woche) inklusive variabler Zuschläge (z. B. Leitungs- und Funktionszulagen).

Facheinschlägige sowie nicht facheinschlägige Vordienstzeiten werden gemäß Kollektivvertrag berücksichtigt (Anrechnung bis zu 10 Dienstjahren).Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung im persönlichen Gespräch festgelegt.
