Das Haus St. Barbara im 23. Bezirk liegt im Grünen und ist mit der U6 sehr gut erreichbar. Pflegewohnen, ein abwechslungsreicher Alltag und das stationäre Caritas Hospiz befinden sich hier unter einem Dach. Dadurch entsteht ein fachlich vielseitiges Umfeld mit unterschiedlichen Pflegesituationen, Berufsgruppen und Perspektiven.

Im Haus St. Barbara arbeiten Kolleg*innen aus allen Kontinenten zusammen. Unterschiedliche Erfahrungen, Sprachen und kulturelle Hintergründe gehören zum Arbeitsalltag. Man unterstützt einander, spricht Themen offen an und entwickelt Lösungen gemeinsam. Als Pflegeexpert*in bringen Sie fachliche Orientierung in komplexe Situationen, fördern den Wissenstransfer im Team und verbinden Pflegepraxis, wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse und Qualitätsentwicklung. Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierter Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin mit Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Idealerweise Studium Pflegewissenschaft/Advanced Nursing Practice oder Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement

* Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und Pflegeprozess

* Freude an Schulungen, Beratung und fachlicher Begleitung von Kolleg*innen

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit

Deine Aufgaben

* Fachliche Beratung und Unterstützung des Pflegeteams

* Durchführung von Fallbesprechungen, Schulungen und Fortbildungen

* Anleitung von Mitarbeiterinnen, Praktikantinnen und Auszubildenden

* Mitarbeit an Qualitäts- und Entwicklungsprojekten

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Standards und Konzepten

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen und Therapeutinnen

* Mitwirkung bei Forschungs- und Evaluierungsprojekten

Entlohnung

Einstufung nach Caritas-Kollektivvertrag, Verwendungsgruppe III. Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt bei Vollzeit (37 bis 38 Wochenstunden) je nach Qualifikation und Vordienstzeiten zwischen € 3.541,22 und € 4.145,72. Teilzeit entsprechend aliquot.
