Im Pflegewohnhaus Neumarkt steht das körperliche und seelische Wohl unserer Bewohner*innen an erster Stelle. Gemeinsam schaffen wir einen Ort, an dem Menschen sich sicher, wertgeschätzt und gut aufgehoben fühlen.

Als Pflegefachassistent*in übernimmst du eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle in der Betreuung und Pflege unserer Bewohner*innen. Mit deinem Fachwissen, deiner Empathie und deinem Engagement trägst du jeden Tag dazu bei, Lebensqualität zu erhalten und zu fördern.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine*n Pflegefachassistent*in für 20 - 37 Wochenstunden.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

· Menschlich: Du begleitest unsere Bewohner*innen individuell und mit Respekt. Dabei hast du ihre Bedürfnisse und Ressourcen stets im Blick und trägst zu einer hohen Lebensqualität bei

· Fachlich kompetent: Du führst eigenverantwortlich bzw. im Rahmen deiner gesetzlichen Kompetenzen pflegerische Maßnahmen durch und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses

· Mitgestaltend: Du bringst deine fachlichen Ideen ein, arbeitest aktiv im interdisziplinären Team mit und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unseres Hauses

Das bringst du mit

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistent*in (Nostrifikation, falls erforderlich)

· Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

· Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen

· Einen wertschätzenden und respektvollen Umgang mit Bewohner*innen, Angehörigen und Kolleg*innen

· Teamgeist, Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft mit Herz, Verstand und Engagement anzupacken
