Kom werken bij GGZ Rivierduinen bij het IHT (Intensive Home Treatment) in Gouda. Wij bieden jou als physician assistant een uitdagende kans om je kennis, kunde en ervaring in te zetten om cliënten binnen 6 weken uit crisis te halen. Hou je van hectiek, kun je snel schakelen en wil je inhoudelijk interessant en betekenisvol werk doen? Kom dan werken bij het IHT team. Wij behandelen mensen in crisis intensief en helpen hen middels gesprekken en medicatie weer uit crisis te komen. Bij de meeste cliënten lukt dat binnen 6 weken. Ons werk doet ertoe, we leveren een bijdrage in het herstelproces van de client. Het gaat om crisisgevoelige cliënten, dus je moet wakker en alert zijn, dit werkt vergt veel van je. Tegelijkertijd doe je het niet alleen: vanuit verschillende disciplines kijken we naar de cliënt, zodat we de beste zorg bieden die we kunnen. En verder? - Ben je zelfstandig in staat om een diagnose te stellen, waarna je ook het behandelplan opstelt. Hierbij houd je rekening met zowel psychische, medische als somatische klachten; - Monitor je continu of de voorgenomen behandelingen het gewenste effect hebben op de client. Indien nodig pas je deze ad-hoc aan; - Werk je nauw samen met de psychiaters, de SPV-en het verpleegkundig team; - Ben je ontwikkelgericht en implementeer je innovaties binnen IHT/Rivierduinen. Wie ben jij? Als physician assistant in ons team, ben je pragmatisch, proactief, flexibel en creatief en bouw je graag samen aan goede cliëntenzorg. Je hebt affiniteit met crisisbehandeling. Verder beschik je over: - Een inschrijving in het kwaliteitsregister voor physician assistants; - Een actuele BIG-registratie; - Een AGB code of kun je deze aanvragen; - Ervaring binnen de GGZ.
