FUNCIONES Las indicadas en el Plan de actuación del Ayuntamiento de Gozón. REQUISITOS Los requisitos establecidos en el punto 4 ( requisitos generales ) y punto 5 ( requisitos especificos ) de las Bases reguladoras. Pertenecer a uno de los colectivos enumerados en la base 3ª: Personas desempleadas. Personas en situación de exclusión social incluidas en el art 2 de la Ley 44/2007. No ser perceptores de prestación por desempleo nivel contributivo a fecha 18 de junio de 2026. Estar inscrito como demandantes de empleo no ocupados en cualquier oficina de empleo del SEPEPA. Formalizar en el momento de su contratación, el compromiso de seguir el itinerario personalizado de inserción que será remitido por el Ayto al SEPEPA. Disponer de 1 año de experiencia profesional en la ocupación como Oficial de 1ª Pintor, o estar en posesión de la titulación de Técnico/a de Obras de Interior, Decoración y Rehabilitación de un certificado de profesionalidad de nivel 2 o superior de la familia profesional : Edificación y obra civil- área profesional: Albañilería y acabados, en relación con la actividad de la pintura decorativa o industrial en construcción. No podrán participar en la presente convocatoria los que hubieran tenido una relación laboral con el Ayto.de Gozón de una duración de 122 días formalizada al amparo de alguno de los siguientes programas de las convocatorias 2024 y 2025 de subvenciones de ayuntamientos de la línea de los Planes de Empleo. CONDICIONES Contrato laboral temporal de 1 año de duración. Jornada completa. Horario de mañanas. Salario y demás condiciones según Convenio colectivo suscrito al efecto por FACC y los sindicatos firmantes del Acuerdo para la competitividad económica y sostenibilidad social.
