Planeconoom Functie Rol: Ervaren planeconoom die bijdraagt aan de financiële en strategische onderbouwing van gebiedsontwikkelingen. Werkzaamheden Belangrijkste taken: - Opstellen, toetsen, actualiseren en beheren van grond- en facilitaire exploitaties voor woningbouwlocaties, bedrijventerreinen en binnenstedelijke herontwikkelingen. - Uitvoeren van financiële haalbaarheidsstudies voor gebiedsontwikkelingen. - Adviseren over financiële, economische en projectmatige risico's. - Zorgen voor de financiële inrichting en beheersing van projecten en de financiële projectorganisatie binnen ruimtelijke projecten. - Actualiseren van relevante beleidsdocumenten zoals het Meerjarenperspectief Grondexploitaties (MPG), Nota Grond(prijs)beleid en Nota Kostenverhaal. - Adviseren en ondersteunen bij subsidieaanvragen voor gebiedsontwikkelingen. - Opstellen van beleidsnota's, collegevoorstellen en raadsvoorstellen. - Uitvoeren van vastgoedexploitatieberekeningen en residuele grondwaardebepalingen. - Adviseren van projectmanagers bij onderhandelingen met marktpartijen over grondtransacties, ontwikkel- en samenwerkingsovereenkomsten en anterieure exploitatieovereenkomsten. - Toepassen en borgen van kostenverhaal binnen gebiedsontwikkelingen. Doel van de inzet De inzet is gericht op het waarborgen van continuïteit, kwaliteit en financiële beheersing van projecten en op het beschikbaar hebben van voldoende specialistische kennis op het gebied van planeconomie, grondbeleid, kostenverhaal en gebiedsontwikkeling. Samenwerking en aansturing Je werkt nauw samen met collega-planeconomen en maakt deel uit van multidisciplinaire projectteams met onder andere projectmanagers, juristen, vastgoedadviseurs, stedenbouwkundigen en beleidsadviseurs. De dagelijkse werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd in afstemming met collega's en betrokken projectteams; operationele en inhoudelijke aansturing vindt plaats vanuit de betrokken projectorganisatie.
