Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in Planung und Kalkulation im Facility Management, in der Baukalkulation oder in der technischen Projektkoordination.

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position sind Sie für die Planung, Konzeption und Kalkulation von Leistungen im Bereich Cleaning & Infrastructure verantwortlich und tragen damit wesentlich zu unserem Unternehmenserfolg bei.

Ihre Leidenschaft liegt in der Planung, Kalkulation und Ausarbeitung von Angeboten im Dienstleistungsumfeld. Zudem haben Sie Freude daran, ansprechende Präsentationen zu gestalten und Konzepte überzeugend bei Kunden vorzustellen? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, Sie kennenzulernen!

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Planer / Kalkulant

* Führerschein B ist Vorraussetzung!

* Hohe Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denken

* Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Serviceorientierung sowie Flexibilität

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und rasche Auffassungsgabe

* Hohe Eigenmotivation, Belastbarkeit und Engagement

* Sensibler und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Daten

DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS

* Durchführung von Objektbesichtigungen und Nachmessungen

* Überprüfung bestehender Objektdaten

* Erfassung und Abgleich von Flächendaten (Soll-Ist-Vergleich)

* Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in der Objektverrechnung

* Dokumentation der Ergebnisse und Weitergabe an das Kalkulationsteam

* Sicherstellung der Qualität und Umsetzbarkeit von Kalkulationen

Der Bruttomonatslohn beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 3.500,00. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
