The posting

Krijg jij een warm hart van een goede planning? Ben jij van nature een regelaar en vind je het leuk om contact te komen met zowel klanten als collega's?

Het betreft een functie voor 32-40 uur per week en het salaris bedraagt € 2.700 - 3.800 (op basis van 40 uur). Wat ga je doen? Bij dit aannemersbedrijf ga je dus aan de slag als planner, uiteraard komen hier ook administratieve werkzaamheden bij. Al ben je voornamelijk bezig met het aanmaken van werkbonnen of bellen naar klanten.

Als planner ben je super belangrijk binnen een bedrijf, en het leuke aan deze functie maakt dat je erg divers bezig bent. Ze werken namelijk met timmermannen, maar ook met loodgieters of schilders. Het is niet erg als je nog geen verstand heb van deze vakgebieden, zolang je er maar voor open staat om het bij te leren.

Verder werk je veel achter de computer, enige kennis hiervan is altijd mooi meegenomen!

Het pand waar je gaat werken is echt super deluxe, ze hebben namelijk een moderne villa omgetoverd tot kantoor. In totaal zal je tussen de 70-80 collega's hebben die allemaal hun eigen specialiteit hebt. Heb je ambitie om door te groeien naar een andere rol, bespreek het en dan denken ze graag met je!

Dagelijkse werkzaamheden die je kan verwachten: - Contact onderhouden met uitvoerende medewerkers, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers - Rekeningen houden met de beschikbaarheid van mensen, materialen en middelen - Aanmaken van werkbonnen

Wij zoeken iemand met de onderstaande capaciteiten / opleidingen. Heb je dat niet maar zie je jezelf wel in deze functie passen? Neem dan even contact op. Wellicht kunnen we je opleiden. - Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring als planner - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Probleemoplossend, organisatorisch sterk en zelfstandig
