The posting

Als Planner zorg je ervoor dat internationale transporten van en naar Zuid-Europa efficiënt en correct verlopen. Je plant ritten, stuurt chauffeurs aan en volgt transportopdrachten nauwgezet op. Geen dag is hetzelfde: jij houdt het overzicht en schakelt snel wanneer de planning verandert.

Jouw taken:

  • Plannen van vrachten van en naar Zuid-Europa.
  • Organiseren van transporten met eigen vrachtwagens en vaste onderaannemers.
  • Opvolgen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse transportplanning.
  • Chauffeurs briefen en duidelijke instructies meegeven over hun opdrachten.
  • Rekening houden met rijprestaties, routes en beschikbare capaciteit.
  • Contact onderhouden met chauffeurs, klanten en internationale transportpartners.
  • Transportopdrachten opvolgen en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Nauw samenwerken met customer service en het magazijn.
  • Knelpunten signaleren en meedenken over een efficiëntere planning.
  • Werken met transportsoftware en Excel.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een logistieke of transportgerichte opleiding.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen transportplanning.
  • Ook schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking!
  • Je hebt interesse in internationaal transport en beschikt over een goed geografisch inzicht.
  • Ervaring met transporten richting Zuid-Europa is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht wanneer de planning verandert.
  • Je communiceert vlot met chauffeurs, klanten en collega’s.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en leert nieuwe software snel aan.
