Voor een groeiend bouwbedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Planner die de dagelijkse werking van een 20-tal ploegen mee in goede banen leidt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat werven, ploegen, materialen en transporten perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Als planner ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de ploegen op de werven, projectleiders, werfleiders en interne diensten.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je maakt de dagplanning op en stuurt deze bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je bouwt mee aan de lange termijnplanning voor de calculatiedienst.
  • Je stuurt eigen en externe transporten en leveringen aan.
  • Je stemt de planning per werf af met de projectleiders.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken collega's tijdig en duidelijk geïnformeerd zijn.
  • Bij onverwachte wijzigingen zoek je snel naar een praktische en haalbare oplossing.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die structuur brengt, snel kan schakelen en niet snel het overzicht verliest.

  • Je bent sterk in planning en organisatie.
  • Je stelt vlot prioriteiten en kunt meerdere zaken tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en vlot met verschillende partijen.
  • Je bent praktisch, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen en knopen door te hakken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.

Ervaring binnen de bouwsector is een plus, maar geen must. Een sterke organisator met gezond verstand en de juiste ingesteldheid kan hier zeker zijn weg vinden.
