Functieomschrijving: Als planner in Wateringen ben je de spil in de dagelijkse logistieke operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de inzet van wagens en personeel naadloos op elkaar aansluit om de afvalstromen optimaal te verwerken. Het is jouw taak om de dagelijkse planning op te stellen en deze gedurende de dag scherp te monitoren.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een groep chauffeurs en bijrijders, waarbij je hen ondersteunt bij de uitvoering van hun ritten. Wanneer er onverwachte klantvragen binnenkomen, schakel je snel om deze in te passen in het bestaande schema. Daarnaast beheer je de administratie rondom de uren van je collega's en zorg je dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de geldende veiligheidsregels. Je overlegt regelmatig met andere vestigingen over
