Planner In een landelijke 24/7-operatie is een goede personeelsplanning bepalend voor de continuïteit van de dienstverlening. Als Planner houd je grip op de inzet van ongeveer 500 centralisten en surveillanten. Je kijkt verder dan het rooster van vandaag: je analyseert capaciteit, voorziet knelpunten en maakt keuzes die direct invloed hebben op medewerkers, klanten en de operatie. Voor wie ga je aan de slag? Je gaat aan de slag bij een grote landelijke beveiligingsorganisatie met een belangrijke positie binnen de Nederlandse veiligheidssector. Vanuit Schiedam wordt onder meer de personeelsinzet van centralisten en surveillanten door heel Nederland aangestuurd. De organisatie werkt 24/7. Dat vraagt om een planning die niet alleen op papier klopt, maar ook rekening houdt met onverwachte situaties, veranderende klantvragen en toekomstige capaciteitsbehoeften. De werksfeer is informeel en resultaatgericht. Je werkt in een team van vijf planners en hebt veel contact met klantmanagers, teamleiders en andere collega's binnen de organisatie. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig in Schiedam en bezoekt af en toe regiokantoren om betrokken te blijven bij de dagelijkse operatie. Daarnaast is er ruimte om deels vanuit huis te werken. Je droombaan?
