Planner Civiele Projecten Profiel Planner Civiele Projecten Voor de opdrachtgever van Remember Tomorrow zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Planner Civiele Projecten. De fysieke leefomgeving van het grondgebied waar jij komt te werken is voortdurend in ontwikkeling. Gronden, gebieden en vastgoed krijgen een nieuwe bestemming, wijken en straten worden heringericht. De realisatie van dit alles is in handen van de projectmanagers van de afdeling Proces- en Contractmanagement. Jij komt te werken op een afdeling die het projectmanagement verzorgt van vrijwel alle gebiedsontwikkeling-, vastgoed- en civiele projecten, van grootschalige woningbouwprojecten en winkelcentra bij team ontwikkel, tot civiele projecten als pleinen, parken en straten bij team civiel. De afdeling voert de projecten uit vanaf de start van een project met een startnotitie tot uiteindelijk de daadwerkelijke uitvoering. Vereisten Planner Civiele Projecten - Minimaal in bezit van een HBO-diploma; - Ervaring is zeker vereist met het zelf opstellen van planningen in projecten; - Jij hebt ruime ervaring met MS Project en/of andere planningspakketten; - Systematisch denken en analyseren zit in jouw DNA en vertaalt dit naar de praktijk. Bedrijfsprofiel Jij komt te werken op een afdeling die servicegerichtheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan, zij zijn pas tevreden wanneer het project naar ieders tevredenheid is afgerond. Het plannen van projecten moet jij wel in de vingers hebben. Een helikopterview en proces bewaken is dan ook een pré.
