Als Planner/Customer Service medewerker van SBPost ben je onderdeel van de dagelijkse operatie. Je houdt je bezig met het plannen van koeriersritten en spreekt dagelijks met onze koeriers en bezorgers. Ook heb je veel contact met klanten, je beantwoordt vragen telefonisch of via e-mail. Ook ondersteun je bij administratieve werkzaamheden, zoals klachtenregistratie en facturatie. Incidenteel kan het voorkomen dat we je vragen om een koeriersrit te rijden. We zijn op zoek naar een klantvriendelijke collega, die snel kan schakelen en fulltime beschikbaar is. Heb jij? - Mbo werk- en denkniveau (starters nodigen we ook graag uit om te solliciteren); - Kennis van Microsoft Office programma's; - Communicatief vaardig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; - Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit en een goede teamspeler; - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse in woord en geschrift.
