Functieomschrijving Jij houdt elke dag de regie over de serviceafspraken. Je zorgt dat de juiste monteur wordt ingepland voor onderhoud, kalibraties, installaties en storingen bij klanten. Jouw planning zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en goed geholpen worden. Je schakelt direct bij spoed, houdt contact met klanten en collega’s en zorgt dat alles administratief goed wordt afgehandeld. Dankzij jouw inzet draait het serviceteam als een geoliede machine en blijft iedereen goed geïnformeerd. Wat doe je op een werkdag? - Je stelt de dagelijkse planning op voor de monteurs; - Bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt bij bij spoed of wijzigingen; - Je stemt af met klanten over afspraken en voortgang; - Verwerkt en controleert de werkbonnen, certificaten en kalibratiegegevens; - Werkt samen met collega’s om de planning optimaal te laten verlopen.

Functie-eisen - Beschik je over mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring als planner, serviceplanner of servicecoördinator; - Bekend met technische of servicegerichte omgevingen; - Kun je goed organiseren en houd je overzicht; - Communiceer je duidelijk met klanten en collega’s.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Ontvang je een bruto salaris tussen € 3.500 en € 5.000 op basis van fulltime; - Krijg je direct een contract bij de opdrachtgever zelf; - Werk je 32 tot 40 uur per week, met flexibele werktijden; - Krijg je een laptop, telefoon en eindejaarsbonus bij het behalen van doelen; - Profiteer je van goede koffie, vers fruit, fietsplan en gezellige teamuitjes; - Volg je trainingen en krijg je ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden; - Werk je samen met een betrokken en enthousiast team; - Geniet je van sportieve acti
