Energy Solutions Group is één van de grootste uitbaters van hernieuwbare energie-installaties in Benelux. Enerzijds functioneren ze als energieleverancier met hun eigen assets en anderzijds ontwikkelen ze ook zelf projecten zoals grootschalige zonneparken, windmolens, laadpalen (AC als DC) en industriële batterijparken. Om een zo groot mogelijk impact te hebben, heeft Energy Solutions Group met als doel in 2027 1 miljoen ton aan CO2 te besparen. Wegens verdere professionalisering zijn we op zoek naar een Planner Operations & Maintenance.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

- De planning en aansturing van onze techniekers is je focus. Zo zorg je dat techniekers gemotiveerd en georganiseerd naar de storingen en onderhoudsopdrachten kunnen gaan en deze tijdig afwerken, waarbij je rekening houdt met de verwachtingen van de techniekers, de reistijd, locatieconfiguraties en technische context.

- Je werkt nauw samen met monitoring en teamlead zodat je gericht prioriteiten kunt stellen en deze kunt vertalen naar concrete interventies.

- Door te regelen dat alle materialen en informatie aanwezig is, zorg je ervoor dat onze techniekers voorbereid en uitgerust op pad gaan.

- Je hebt min. 2 jaar ervaring in planning op een onderhouds- of service dienst.

- Je technische inzichten helpen je om juiste inschattingen te kunnen maken rond de complexiteit van de storing of onderhoudstaak.

- Analytisch denken en oplossingsgericht handelen, en natuurlijk sterke planningsvaardigheden zijn jouw ding.

- Je sterke sociale vaardigheden en eerlijkheid vul je aan met een dosis stressbestendigheid en teamgerichte assertiviteit.

- Je houdt ervan actie te ondernemen en mee te werken aan een efficiënte en gemotiveerde omgeving.
