En wil je invloed hebben op hoe we de langdurige zorg thuis (VPT) verder ontwikkelen en plannen? De Zellingen zoekt een doortastende en enthousiaste planner voor L angdurige Z org T huis (VPT) . Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede en toekomstgerichte personeelsplanning en werkt nauw samen met medewerkers, zorgteams, de VPT-regisseur en zorgmanager Langdurige Zorg Thuis . Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om knelpunten te signaleren, verbeteringen door te voeren en mee te ontwikkelen aan de manier waarop we Langdurige Zorg Thuis organiseren en plannen. Je vult dus niet alleen het rooster; je speelt een actieve rol in het verder ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van de planning . Wat ga je doen? Als planner zorg je ervoor dat de juiste zorgverlener op het juiste moment bij de juiste cliënt wordt ingezet. Je houdt daarbij rekening met de continuïteit van zorg, de beschikbaarheid en wensen van medewerkers en de geldende afspraken. Je: - M aakt en bewaakt de personeelsplanning voor de Langdurige Z org; - S ignaleert knelpunten en risico's binnen het planningsproces en vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen en structurele verbeteringen ; - V erwerkt afwezigheden en wijzigingen en bewaakt de continuïteit van de bezetting; - H ebt contact met medewerkers over hun inzetbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en wensen; - W erkt nauw samen met zorgmanagers, de VPT-regisseur en collega-planners.
