Bij ons verkopen, plaatsen, onderhouden en repareren wij horeca- en grootkeukenapparatuur. Klanten van ons zijn voornamelijk scholen, (zorg)instellingen, bedrijfskantines en horeca. Wij zorgen er samen met onze monteurs voor dat onze klanten hun klanten kunnen blijven voorzien van lekker eten dankzij een goedwerkende keuken!

Hier kunnen wij wel wat hulp bij gebruiken. Om dit organisatorisch in goede banen te leiden zijn wij op zoek naar een planner. Iemand die onze klanten enthousiast te woord staat. Iemand die de vraag van de klant helder weet te krijgen en vervolgens de juiste lijntjes uit kan zetten om deze vraag zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.

Je bent dus de schakel tussen de klant, kantoor en je collega monteurs.

Werkzaamheden waar je je mee bezig houdt zijn o.a.:

- Het beantwoorden van de telefoon en aanmaken van digitale werkbonnen

- Het beheren van binnenkomende e-mails

- Het inplannen van plaatsingen, onderhoud en storingen

- Administratieve ondersteuning (o.a. facturatie en het sturen van offertes)

- MBO niveau 2

- Fulltime beschikbaar

- Kennis van de techniek in het algemeen

- ​Je spreekt goed Nederlands
