Planner supply chain Als planner supply chain zorg je ervoor dat de productie en logistiek goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je maakt de planning, houdt deze in de gaten en past deze aan wanneer dat nodig is. Daarbij kijk je naar de binnengekomen orders, de beschikbare medewerkers en de materialen die nodig zijn. Zo zorg je ervoor dat het werk soepel verloopt en klanten hun trailers op tijd ontvangen. Je hebt veel contact met collega's van verschillende afdelingen, zoals verkoop, inkoop, logistiek en productie. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren en wanneer. Ontstaat er een probleem, bijvoorbeeld doordat materialen niet op tijd binnenkomen? Dan zoek jij naar een passende oplossing. Ook denk je mee over hoe het werk slimmer en efficiënter georganiseerd kan worden. Je rapporteert aan de Supply Chain Manager. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Maken en bijhouden van de productie- en logistieke planning. - Inplannen van klantorders en zorgen dat deze op tijd worden uitgevoerd. - Controleren of er voldoende medewerkers, materialen en tijd beschikbaar zijn. - Overleggen met inkoop en productie over de beschikbaarheid van materialen. - Problemen in de planning op tijd herkennen en oplossen. - Meedenken over verbeteringen, zodat het werk efficiënter verloopt en afspraken met klanten worden nagekomen. Over de opdrachtgever Je gaat werken bij een bedrijf in Aalsmeer dat gespecialiseerd is in het maken van trailers op maat. Het bedrijf bestaat al meer dan 100 jaar en heeft het predicaat Koninklijk ontvangen. Met ruim 190 medewerkers maakt het bedrijf onder andere innovatieve Double Deck trailers. Hiermee kunnen klanten meer goederen tegelijk vervoeren, wat zorgt voor slimmer en duurzamer transport. Het bedrijf werkt voor bekende namen zoals Action, Zeeman en Jumbo.
