Planner Transport Logistiek & techniek Amsterdam 32-36 uur Reageer binnen 29 dagen Werken bij Sanquin betekent mensenlevens redden. Niet één keer, maar elke dag opnieuw. Dat doet Sanquin met bloedproducten en diagnostische services die 24/7 veilig en beschikbaar zijn voor iedereen die ze nodig heeft. Dat is waar ruim 2.000 medewerkers voor staan, zij werken dagelijks alsof er leven van afhangt! Wil jij ook werk doen dat er écht toedoet? Word dan Planner Transport bij onze afdeling Logistiek! De afdeling Logistiek Deze afdeling werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen binnen Sanquin en draagt bij aan de procesoptimalisatie binnen de Supply Chain. Wij beschikken over een magazijn waar wij, conform de GDP (Good Distribution Practice) normen, genees- en niet-geneesmiddelen opslaan. Onze transportafdeling beschikt over een landelijk dekkend netwerk. We vervoeren bloedproducten, plasmaproducten, bloedmonsters, reagentia naar klanten van Sanquin en facilitaire goederen voor de verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen. Als het nodig is, leveren we binnen een uur aan alle ziekenhuizen in ons land, dan rijden we met optische en geluidssignalen. Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Samen met je collega planners zorg je dat er van 06:30 tot 19:30 bezetting is op de afdeling. In de avond, nacht en het weekend draaien jullie bij toerbeurt piketdiensten. Ons werk gaat 24/7 door. Je begint de dag met een check of alle ritten onderweg zijn onder de juiste condities. Daarna zorg je dat ad-hoc aanvragen ingepland worden. Je volgt het wagenpark via het Fleetmanagement systeem en de GPS en zorgt dat alle ritten tijdig aankomen. Bij afwijkingen in tijden of temperaturen stem je af met onze interne klanten en zorgt in overleg voor een oplossing. Je zorgt voor het rooster, je signaleert tekorten op middellange en lange termijn en gaat in samenwerking met je leidinggevende op zoek naar oplossingen. Het beheer van het wagenpark, het inwerken van nieuwe chauffeurs ...
