Je zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes is geregeld: van het maken van een efficiënte trainingsplanning tot het beschikbaar stellen van materiaal en mensen. Je hebt nauw contact met instructeurs, deelnemers, collega's van klantenservice en operationeel personeel. Dankzij jouw inzet verlopen trainingen soepel en professioneel. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen en beheren van de trainingskalender, inclusief het plannen van trainers, locaties en hulpmiddelen. - Zorgdragen voor een vlekkeloze werkvoorbereiding: van apparatuur en lesmateriaal tot veiligheidsmiddelen. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor betrokkenen rondom de planning en uitvoering van trainingen. - Monitoren en beheren van de inzetbaarheid en onderhoudsstatus van materialen en apparatuur. - Verwerken van administratieve gegevens zoals aanwezigheid, certificeringen en trainingsoverzichten. - Initiëren van verbeteringen in plannings- en werkvoorbereidingsprocessen. Job requirements Wie zoeken wij? Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en houdt ervan als alles klopt. Je werkt gestructureerd, blijft kalm onder druk en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken. Je hebt een goed gevoel voor techniek en organisatie en voelt je prettig in een dynamische omgeving waar veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan. Jouw profiel - MBO of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van logistiek, techniek of bedrijfskunde. - Minimaal 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring in planning of werkvoorbereiding. - Ervaring met Office-toepassingen; kennis van plannings- of CMS-software is een plus. - Goed...
