Planner/werkvoorbereider FULL-TIME Vijfhuizen Voor onze vestiging in Vijfhuizen zoeken wij een planner/werkvoorbereider. Als planner/werkvoorbereider zorg je ervoor dat projecten efficiënt en tijdig worden uitgevoerd. Monteurs kunnen zonder onderbrekingen hun werk uitvoeren en projecten worden binnen de gestelde tijd en budgetten afgerond. Een soepel verloop in het proces is van essentieel belang. Wat ga je doen? - Je stelt offertes en calculaties op n.a.v. de aanvraag. - Je stelt een planning op en bewaakt de projectvoortgang. - Je plant werkzaamheden in op basis van beschikbaarheid van mensen en middelen. - Je signaleert tijdig knelpunten en regelt extra personeel als het nodig is. - Je zorgt ervoor dat vooraf materialen, gereedschap, certificeringen en veiligheidspapieren geregeld zijn. - Je stelt werkorders en technische instructies op voor de uitvoering. - Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen tijdig zijn ingekocht en de voorraad op peil is. - Je schakelt tussen afdelingen om knelpunten op te lossen. Wat breng jij mee? - Je bent flexibel, houdt overzicht en hebt technisch inzicht. - Je bent communicatief sterk en duidelijk. - Je bent oplossingsgericht en neemt doeltreffende beslissingen in uitdagende situaties. - Je werkt uiterst precies en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige afhandeling. - Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden voldoen aan de wens van de klant.
