Jobomschrijving

Plant Manager - West-Vlaanderen - Manufacturing

  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de dagelijkse werking van een productievestiging en de verdere uitbouw van operationele prestaties
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van leidinggevenden en operationele teams
  • Bewaken en optimaliseren van veiligheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit en continuïteit binnen de plant
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en beheren van budgetten en operationele KPI's
  • Initiëren en realiseren van investerings- en CAPEX-projecten
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Rapporteren aan de Operations Director en fungeren als sparringpartner voor het management

Plant Manager - West-Vlaanderen - Manufacturing

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in plant management, operations management of een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie binnen productie
  • Sterke people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren, ontwikkelen en mee te nemen in verandering
  • Affiniteit met veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbeteringsprogramma's
  • Ervaring met budgetbeheer, investeringsprojecten en stakeholdermanagement
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een hands-on managementstijl
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Ondernemende en pragmatische persoonlijkheid die resultaten combineert met mensgericht leiderschap
