Als Plantmanager ben je operationeel en commercieel verantwoordelijk voor de plant. Je stuurt het operationeel managementteam (OMT) aan waarin de leidinggevende van de verschillende disciplines zijn vertegenwoordigd. Dat maakt dat je als Plantmanager dagdagelijks betrokken bent bij de operatie en niet vanuit een ivoren toren aanstuurt. Ook ben je lid van het Leadership team en lever je een proactieve bijdrage aan het realiseren van de (groei- en ontwikkeling) strategie van Vetico. Je rapporteert aan de COO en hebt circa 5 direct reports Jouw missie: Jij leidt de strategie én maakt van de fabriek een gezond, winstgevend bedrijf, waar mensen zich gezien voelen en graag werken. - Ondernemen: je bouwt business cases en investeert waar het rendement oplevert. - Commercieel sturen: je stuurt op calculaties, marges en scherpe prijspunten. - Knopen doorhakken: je maakt duidelijke keuzes, ook als ze minder populair zijn. - Richting geven: je bent de kartrekker die de organisatie in beweging brengt. - Verbinden: je geeft mensen echte aandacht en brengt teams samen. - Cultuur dragen: je bent een actieve cultuurdrager die waarden, normen en een positieve werkomgeving promoot.
