Als Plantoetser Kwaliteitsborging zorg jij ervoor dat alles klopt - van bouwplannen tot regelgeving. Jij bent de expert die de bouwers helpt om kwaliteit te leveren waar we trots op kunnen zijn. Sinds de invoering van de Wet Kwaliteitsborging op 1 januari 2024, hebben wij onze dienstverlening uitgebreid. Wij bieden alles wat bouwers nodig hebben om hun kwaliteit naar een hoger niveau te tillen met onze producten: Kwaliteitsborging (Wkb), Toetsing op 'goed en deugdelijk' werk, geluid- en luchtdichtheidsmetingen en ondersteuning bij BENG-certificering. Dit alles zorgt voor lagere faalkosten en betere bouwprojecten. Als Plantoetser Kwaliteitsborging heb jij de verantwoordelijkheid om bouwplannen kritisch onder de loep te nemen. Je checkt of ze voldoen aan het Besluit Bouwwerken Leefomgeving en andere klantwensen. Daarnaast beoordeel je of er bouwkundige risico's zijn en geef je advies over eventuele aanpassingen om tot een compleet borgingsplan te komen. Met jouw expertise maak je het verschil! Functie eisen Je bent leergierig en beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en oplossingsgericht denkvermogen. Met jouw MBO of HBO Bouwkunde diploma en minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring, ben je klaar om jouw carrière een boost te geven bij de marktleider in kwaliteitsborging. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Ervaring in disciplines zoals bouwfysica, brandveiligheid, constructie of installatietechniek (pré); - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Een nauwkeurige, zelfstandige werkhouding; - Kennis van de relevante wet- en regelgeving.
