Als RGS-Planvormer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van klantvragen naar concrete en haalbare meerjarenonderhoudsplannen volgens de methodiek van Resultaatgericht Samenwerken (RGS). Je analyseert vastgoed, inventariseert onderhoudsbehoeften en werkt deze uit in onderbouwde scenario's en begrotingen. Je combineert calculatie, planvorming en werkvoorbereiding en hebt een scherp oog voor risico's, kansen en optimalisaties. Daarbij schakel je moeiteloos tussen opdrachtgevers, bewoners, ketenpartners en interne collega's. Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen in processen en uitvoering en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit en haalbaarheid van jouw plannen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur hbo Bouwkunde (of vergelijkbaar) - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen onderhoud/renovatie - Ervaring met calculeren en planvorming - Kennis van of ervaring met Resultaatgericht Samenwerken (RGS) - Analytisch sterk en detailgericht - Communicatief vaardig en in staat verschillende belangen te verbinden - Proactief, zelfstandig en besluitvaardig - Teamspeler met een positieve en energieke instelling Functieoverzicht .
